PILATES PERSONAL TRAINING IN SMALL GROUP CLASSES

Like our 1-Hour group classes, each 45-min group class has a maximum of 4 participants. Class style and teaching methods are the same - your program will be tailored to suit your needs. You will use all the different Pilates equipment available. This accelerated class is good for those who are time-poor and those who feel 45 minutes is what your body needs. You will receive a great workout from the 45-minute session and quality time with the teacher and close supervision. The class times are as follows:

Monday & Wednesday

9.30am-1.30pm
4pm - 5.30pm, 7.30pm - 8.15pm

Tuesday & Thursday

7am-7.45am, 11.30am-1.30pm
4pm - 5.30pm

Friday

7am-7.45am
10.30am - 1.30pm
