Terms and Conditions

• Our Introductory Offers are only available to brand new clients. Each offer is only available to be purchased once. The offer starts from the day of your first visit

• Due to our small group class size (a maximum of 4 people per class), the majority of participants hold a recurring booking at the same day and time each week. This guarantees them a spot and regularity. If you are not able to commit to the same time each week, you will need to book in on a weekly basis. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability, especially at popular times if you book in on a weekly basis. Because of the small group class size, we have to limit the number of visits per week (maximum 3 sessions per week) so everyone gets a chance to book in

• Before purchasing a block of classes, please check ahead in time for class availability to ensure you can complete your block of classes. It is your responsibility to ensure you can complete your class block within the expiry period.

• A minimum of two participants is required for our small group class to proceed. We will contact you 2 hours prior to the start of class should it need to be cancelled and we will credit your session back to your account

• Due to our small class size, all classes have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled class are late cancels. Late cancellations and No-shows will result in forfeiting a full class payment. No charges apply if you cancel your scheduled class with more than 24 hours notice

• Waitlists - When a place becomes available in the class you are waitlisted in, you will automatically be added to the class and you will receive an email or text to inform you of this. Please note the cancellation policy applies if you choose not attend the class within 24 hours of the scheduled class. Hence, if you are no longer available to join a waitlisted class, please remove yourself from the waitlist more than 24 hours prior. It is your responsibility to keep track of the number of classes you are waitlisted in

• Class expiration periods - A 5-class block has an expiration period of 2 months. A 10-class block has an expiration period of 4 months. If you are not able to attend classes regularly and consistently, please purchase single classes

• All our classes (single class and class-blocks) are non-refundable and non-transferable, so please ensure you are able to complete the class block before you purchase any class or class-block. Please also note the expiry period.
